Minimalist Baker Everyday Cooking

Minimalist Baker is my all-time favorite plant-based blogger, and her cookbook is one of my absolute favorites as well. All of the recipes are plant-based and most can be made gluten-free. To be one of her recipes, they must be made with 10 ingredients or less, cooked in under 30 minutes, or be made in one pot. 



Oh She Glows Cookbook by Angela Liddon

Angela Liddon has to be one of my favorite plant-based bloggers! She has two wonderful cookbooks along with an amazing app. All of her recipes are super easy to make and are all really to vegans or omnivores.

Blissful Basil by Ashley Melillo

I had a friend purchase this cookbook for me for Christmas last year and love it! The recipes are creative and the food photography is beautiful.

A great book with practical tips for plant-based living, 200 simple whole-food recipes, health-supportive cleanses, and menu plans. It’s very detailed and helpful to answer many FAQs! 



Nom Yourself: Simple Vegan Cooking

This was a recommendation from a friend. Simple vegan cooking that feature comfortable, familiar recipes that are great for long-term vegans or the vegan curious. 




Healthy Happy Vegan Kitchen

Delicious plant-based recipes along with guides to help “veganize” your kitchen, cooking techniques for vegan staples, and wellness tips.
